DC Noir is currently on an indefinite hiatus. Due to the reboot of the DC Universe, the New 52, we lost much of the passion we had for a comic company that could so callously alter and discard characters we'd come to know and love.
An effort was made to keep the board going after by Zatanna and Robin and then again by Static and Stephanie Brown but what it continues to boil down to is that there simply isn't enough drive in any of us, nor enough interest in general for this board right now.
While it is possible that Noir might return, there would be some major retooling needed that none of us have the patience for at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience and wish you luck in your future RP endeavors.
